13 200K and 4 500K distributorships, all 6 Founders and their wives, Elite services manager Daniella Reynes and senior events manager Marcole (who did an awesome job planning this event and taking special care of us), plus of course the ever present camera crew, were on hand for Xango's first ever 200K Trip.
Xango paid all expenses including airfare, hotels, meals, extras...I'm talking five star all the way!
Side note: As smart as our great Founders are, I honestly don't think that any of then could have predicted how many leaders would reach the 200K level so quickly. |
Heidelberg, Germany is the worldwide headquarters for Wild Flavors, Xango's 70 year old billion dollar manufacturing partner. While there, we got to tour one of the world's most advanced beverage manufacturing facilities - sorry no pictures from inside because of top secret stuff! |
Xango CEO Gary Hollister takes in the Heidelberg Castle. |
Group photo outside the castle.
200K's Sandi and Ed Cohen, myself and my girlfriend, Paloma, and 500K's Sharron Sharif and Ron Kelley.
|

Dr.Wild, the CEO of Wild himself hosted a 7 course dinner party at the Heildelberg castle. Here he is being handed a gift from Xango.
Breaking News: Wild will be opening a brand new 250,000 sq ft state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Cincinnati, OH, just to keep up with Xango's unprecedented growth. This, in addition to Wild's existing facilities in over 23 countries with over 100 scientists and researchers on staff. Now that's a solid partner! |
The President of Wild Flavors signing the bill. I guess that's the treatment Xango gets when you become a 70 year old nearly $2 billion a year company's #2 account, worldwide, in just 2 years. Go Xango! |
Anyone brave enough to get behind the wheel of one of these puppies and hit speeds of upwards of 200 km/hr had the once in a lifetime chance to let loose on a real racetrack where they test all of the newest German cars (BMW, Porsche, Audi, Mercedes). I drove the Porsche
Boxster S on the right and hit top speeds of 250 km/hr! What a rush! |
500K Carole Escalano's son Jesse and I were driving partners. Jesse is an up and coming leader with Xango who already has nearly $1 million in monthly volume!
|
The following night was an equally glamorous dinner at the very top of the Heidelberg Press Printing museum. The view from the 12th floor of the entire city was spectacular.
|
Spending quality time with everyone at long European style 7-8 course
meals was invaluable. When you hear some of the other leaders
stories, you are humbled by some of the obstacles they had to overcome. And being able to dine with the Founders was priceless!
|
Hanging with industry legends David Butler and the "Sherminator" himself, Mr.Sherman Unkefer, who just recently purchased a race horse he's doing so well! At last count, Sherman's organization topped the 100,000 mark - even more impressive, during just the month of March, he added almost twice as many distributors as he did in his entire first year in xango. How's that for growth?
|

Did I mention that we also golfed at one of Heidelberg's most exclusive courses? 200K David Butler with CEO Gary Hollister and Wild Flavor's President on the putting green before hitting the links... this is where we
stayed by the way: Hotel Europa - Not too shabby! |
200K Bob Schmidt and I enjoying a German beer after a competitive match on the course. Bob and I have become pretty good friends and are quite competitive. I can take him in tennis, we're neck and neck in golf, but he's whipping my butt in volume! But that's OK as Bob is widely considered to be amongst the top 3 networkers in the world today. Picking Bob's brain on these trips is one of my favorite pastimes... |
While in Germany, I spotted a Noni knockoff. Bet they wish they had a patent like Xango's! |

Next stop: Venice, Italy. En route to the Hotel was spectacular!
A water taxi whisked us from the Venice Airport to our next destination, the world famous Hotel Danieli...200K's Terry and Art Manville and 200K Glenna de Lisle pulling up to our hotel.
|
The Hotel Daniele is 600 years old and rooms cost upwards of 800 euros/ night! (That's about $1000!) Many of the world's most famous people have stayed there over the years including many Heads of States, rock stars (all of the Beatles), world famous athletes: it has also been featured in many movies, and for good reason! |

200K's David and Colli Butler entering the Danieli from the canal side entrance. |

The beautiful Venice Grand Canal
Paloma poses in the world famous Piazza de San Marco....with of course the ubiquitous pigeons. |
I captured these 3 mosaics at the very top of the Basilica di San Marco, built around 1050. This is where St Mark, the city’s patron saint is buried. |

We were treated to beautiful classical music while taking in the scene.

Of course no trip to Venice is complete without doing a little shopping:
getting lost on Venice's famed meandering streets is half the fun! Paloma trying on a pair of shoes for the gala event the final evening... |
While taking in the scenery, I struck up a conversation with some great gentleman, and I might add, prospects- Ron, a chiropractor from Long Island (furthest right) was already very much a believer in mlm and will most certainly be getting started with Xango soon... |
Checking email on the wireless connection in the luxurious lobby.
Everyone was extremely happy as checks had just been cut and direct deposited into our bank accounts back home. Interestingly enough, all of our volumes went up, significantly I might add, while we were all away on vacation. The lowest check on the trip was $43k for the month while the biggest was a whopping $269k!!! |
But no matter how much money you make, do not get your laundry cleaned while staying at the Danieli. It cost me 160 Euros, or about $200! Now that's one expensive wash! |
Everyone took an unforgettable gondola ride on the Venice Canals. Founders Joe and Karen Morton in the foreground, 200K's Art and Terry Manville in the background. |
OOOH LA LA ! Extremely romantic...

Along the way, we went right by the home of none other than Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. Can you imagine having Mozart as your neighbor?! That's who you're listening to now (if your speakers are on) in fact:
Symphony No.25 in g, K.183: 1.
|

200K Lance Schiffman having a blast!
The next day we visited the world famous Murano glass factory. We witnessed a "master craftsman" fasten beautiful works of art out of a ball of fire...
|
Is that a horse emerging from the ball of fire? Yes indeed it is! And why not light a cigarette from the finished product? |
A chariot anyone?

Xango Founders and wives pose for a picture before our final meal together: a semi-formal masquerade gala affair. |
Is that Xango master distributors Dwayne and Melody Dwyer? Gordon and Rachel Morton picked these up for us - I think they choose some good ones! Thanks guys! |

The beautiful view from the Marco Polo room, where the final gala event was held. |

Entertainment during the fine meal...
At all of the meals, we got to hear from the founders plus many of the distributors were asked to share more about themselves...tonight was my turn... |

We all celebrated 200K Ed Cohen's birthday too! Happy Birthday Ed! Nice Xango tie!! |
Proud racehorse owners Sherman and Sharon Davidson Unkefer calling the race. Their racehorse "Catshaker" ran in the prestigious Arkansas Derby, that we all viewed live via the internet from a private room in the Daniele. |

An excited crowd rooted Catshaker on...she did not win this race but if she's anything like her extremely persistent and hard working owners, she will win in the end, and WIN BIG!! At last count Sherman and Sharon had just broken the 100,000 distributor mark. Giddy-Up!
|

Hangin' in the lobby our final night in Venice with up and coming leaders Jesse Escalano and Armando Deguzman Jr. Armando's dad was able to leave his medical practice of 30 years to go full time with Xango. View Dr.Deguzman's story - Click Here Now
|
|
But the fun was certainly not over as all of the 200K's and Founders extended their travel - Paloma and I decided to travel on to Marrakesh, Morocco...View Pictures Now
